WHY DO TEETH TURN YELLOW
Our teeth becomes yellow because of colors of different drinks like ; Beer, Coca Cola, and other different juice. Due to the color of these drinks our teeth by attracting them becomes discolored, turning yellow or even a beige or brown due to stains that develop on both the surface of our teeth's structure. Tooth enamel is the hard surface then white surface of your teeth. Teeth also turned yellow due to Smoking Cigarettes , Eating a poor Diet and also when you are suffering from Dry Mouth.
TREATMENT
- Brush your teeth with the mixture of ENO and Lemon. Take some ENO and juice of a half Lemon in a bowl and make a paste and then brush with it once in a day. It works best if you brush with it after your meal. ENO contained soda and citric acid and also of about 30-40% baking soda and this is very good for you teeth freshness.
- Take half teaspoon of Baking Soda, half teaspoon of Salt and one teaspoon of Olive Oil in a bowl and then mix it and take some on your brush and then brush with it. As you know some people want to clean their teeth from the dentist but this is the best way if you want to come back your teeth whiteness and also with again and again rubbing of your teeth from dentist you lost your teeth.
- One of the best mixture is also of the mixture of Tomato juice and Black Seed Oil (Kalunji).
