First take some Black seeds and grind them and then mix this powder in a glass of milk and add half of a teaspoon of honey and mix them well. You drink it half an hour before lunch. We added black seeds in it that help you to increase the amount of blood in your body and also maintain the amount hemoglobin cells in your body. Increases the amount red blood cells and you can get rid of anemia. For the improvement of white blood cells vitamin B is very Important and black seeds are rich in vitamin B. Milk is rich in protein and with one glass of milk daily, you can not only increase the amount of your blood but also does strong your bones. With Milk you not only keep away from tiredness but also flyaway your weakness and live a happy life. Honey is very good to decrease the deficiency of iron. Besides, If we add some foods in our diet then we can increase the influence of this remedy.

If we eat an apple daily then it helps to increase the amount of blood and it is more effective that if we eat it with a glass of milk. Besides, such people that eat 3 to 4 dates daily, never suffering from Anemia. During these remedies, you will keep away from spicy and oily foods, because these foods not only increase toxins but also increases liver pain.

Hemoglobin is an iron rich protein that gives the red color to blood. Anemia takes a while to cure; Blood loss, lack of red blood cell production and high rates of red blood cell destruction. Red Blood Cells carry oxygen to all parts of the body. When they are low, less oxygen is getting around the body, this can make a person feel tired and weak. Conditions that may lead to anemia also include Heavy Periods, Ulcers, colon polyps or colon cancer and inherited disorders. It can happen if iron or other foods are not absorbed correctly or not eating enough iron rich foods. This may result bleeding in the mouth, Esophagus, stomach or intestines, vaginal bleeding, or heavy menstrual flow. The most important thing is that, treatment of anemia is depend upon the kind of Anemia you. Anemia can make you feel tired, cold and irritable. You may be short of breath or have a headache. Babies less than 1 year old can also have anemia, if they are fed cow's milk, goat's milk or formulas without extra iron. Anemia takes a while to cure and you i'll need to watch your diet. A diet that does not have enough iron, folic acid or vitamin B12, Blood disorders such as sickle cell anemia or cancer and Aplastic anemia take place. Eating healthy meals with fruits, vegetables, breads, deary products and fish with plenty of iron-rich vegetables, read meals, nuts and beans and drinking 6 to 8 glasses of liquids a day will also help in the extreme cases, a blood transfusion may be required, otherwise they could be signs of anemia.
