1) Eat less as you eating regularly in this way you can control your DIET. Snack only on fruits and vegetables. Increase the amount of salad and never eating salad after your meal and buy only what's on your grocery list.


2) No drinking of "BEER". However avoid sugar and sugar contained and sweetened drinks. Because sugar is your biggest enemy in case of weight loss.


3) Exercise daily and when you tire your body with a heavy amount  of exercise you should give it a break. Change T.V time to exercise time and no eating in front of screens.


4) Sleep well it is because sleeping for 5 or less than five hours per night increasing your fat level. Good sleep every night will help your body to grow up beautifully and also if you sleep well you looked well in the morning.


5) Never stop moving because movement is life . Jogging, Running, Cycling, Swimming anything that gets your heart rate up will do because it will help you to burn your calories and improve your health.
